Collecting the first snapshot — this takes a few seconds.

How this works

One Worker collects every source once an hour and writes a single snapshot to D1. A page view reads that snapshot from the edge cache — it never calls an upstream API. Sources that fail keep their last good numbers, marked stale, instead of blanking the board.

Values are shown exactly as published, at the resolution the publisher uses. A year on a tile means the figure is annual, not live. Deltas compare against the previous collection cycle.
